"Listen guys I was having an awful day, I got stuck at the airport, no flights till the next day. So I booked this hotel. I got to the hotel, I explained my situation and man oh man, my mood changed completely. These guys are there to help you out! The service was better than good, It was extraordinary. the guy at the front desk was giving places and bars to go to. Completely changed my view. If I needed anything I didn’t even have to leave the hotel. That says everything about this place. This is the only hotel I’m staying in Houston. Im definitely a customer for life from now on."

The Westin Oaks Houston at the Galleria

"Attached to the Galleria, the hotel is convenient if you want to shop 'til you drop, but is distant to the Houston downtown. I was there only for one night for a medical course, but the hotel lacks a restaurant of its own, with only a bar in the lobby area. There is food from the bar which is decent. There is a restaurant across the driveway which is good, and of course there is a food court in the Galleria but takes a novice awhile to locate (Lower level FYI). The one amenity I was l was looking forward to, in the heat and humidity, was the pool. Unfortunately this was a severe disappointment. The pool, located on an exposed roof, has NO umbrellas, and is a huge concrete slab that has absolutely no appeal. There is no bar or service to obtain drinks, and the exposure is such that all one can expect is dehydration and sunburn. If it were not for the need to attend my CE course, I would not choose to stay at this hotel unless I felt like shopping to get out of the heat and humidity."

"Nice property in a very good location. We were there for niece's graduation and were minutes from everything. Quiet except for pool area can get rowdy."

The Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. I also enjoyed the spa and the overall atmosphere of the property. Everything was well maintained, and the service made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel itself was beautiful, quiet, and conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and I appreciated the attention to cleanliness throughout the property. What truly stood out was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to making guests feel comfortable and valued. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning in the future. Bar cocktails were Excellent!"

"I recently stayed at ACP hotel for 2 nights and when I went to the room it smelled so horrible. This hotel from manager to staff there are so much miscommunication and the way they speak to you was not acceptable."
