Hotel Edison Times Square
10/10 Excellent
"The staff were really great, and the room itself was definitely clean. However, there wasn't any coffee provided in the room, and the space was quite small."

Hampton Inn New York Times Square
6/10 Okay
"Generally the hotel was great. Friendly staff and rooms very clean but very compact. Hotel is undergoing construction which made it a little hectic in the lobby! The elevator situation is horrible while it is very secure sometimes you are waiting excessively long for the elevator to come due to it being full each time it comes cross you and the set up of how the elevators operate.
Hotel rooms are hot the a/c never kicked in for us and we woke up sweating each night of our stay despite altering the thermostat. This made us uncomfortable.
Hotel is also in a great location. "

Hyatt Grand Central New York
10/10 Excellent
"I didn't have breakfast, but the air conditioning in the room works well. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel."

Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square South
10/10 Excellent
"Was overall a wonderful hotel to stay at! The front desk lady could have been a little more friendly. Saying hello and welcoming instead of “do you have luggage hear. And the cleaning crew could have picked a different time to vacuum the lobby for it was hard to hear while checking in as a result of the loud vacuum. And it was hard to hear everything appon checking in. And the toilet paper holder was broken. But the room was spaciest. The property was in a great location. "

Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel
8/10 Good
"I was disappointed because after a long trip we couldn’t do early check in. No fridge in room. Long lines to check in. "

Park Central Hotel New York
8/10 Good
"Location was perfect. Layout was accessible. Very clean. Even during peak traffic hours, things moved along steadily.
Only complaint is at the end of our trip. I was an obviously tired woman, with a young son in tow, and at 6am in the lobby with multiple suitcases, I let the friendly concierge gentleman give me a bottle of water, a seat, and the promise of a hotel car to take me to LaGuardia "at the same price as a yellow cab!". I was relieved for the help and didn't question. Suprise, surprise, the car service was twice as expensive which I learned at the end of the trip. Don't be midwestern naïve like me. Have a good stay!! "

Hotel St. James
10/10 Excellent
"To start off, we got to the hotel earlier than check in time (by about 5 hours) and the staff were extremely accommodating. They have an area to place your bags, but they ended up having a room available and we able to get us in for a $25 fee which was nice. The staff have been kind during our entire stay and greeted us every time we walked in the door. I booked the queen bed room and it was perfect. A perfect amount of room, not too small not huge, and a bathroom with soap provided. We figured out the air conditioning and it ended up being fine and working well. Overall, really great experience, will definitely be staying here again. On our check out day, we were also able to keep our bags in the lobby for the rest of the day until leaving for our flight."

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
2/10 Terrible
"There is no fridge and the microwave is in the hallway for EVERYONE to use. The elevators kept malfunctioning and I got trapped on it with multiple people going up and down not stopping at the right floors. I eventually had to walk 11 flights to get to my room. On top of that I slipped in their tub and sprained my ankle because their non slip stuff is cheap. The elevator panel was broken off the wall. 4 star hotel my ass"

Night Hotel Broadway
10/10 Excellent
"This is a great part of town to stay in -- less touristy, very quiet at night, just 1 block from a subway station that can get you wherever you need to go."
