Checking in the staff was great. The staff in the morning was not as friendly. The pool did not open on time and when asked to open it, my son had to stand around and wait. The coldest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in! We stayed in “The Olmstead” in January and maxing out the heater couldn’t quite make it a comfortable temperature in the room - I don’t think it got warmer than 65 in there. Hancock House
The room was exactly as pictured. It was clean and very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The building is nice. It wish someone would have cleaned the ice and snow from walkway. Overall my stay was good. I would stay again.
