Called hotel for local directions and was given wrong and awful directions. Obviously, the hotel operator isn’t familiar with the area at all. She gave directions that led me out into the sticks, then through town from one end to the next. The hotel was no where close to where she gave directions. Finally, I just goggled directions to hotel… totally different from what she was telling me. Hotel is accessible via the highway, Commerce Street is the driveway from the highway to the hotel. Was greeted by desk staff and referred to As a “third party”. No room accommodation’s could be changed. Asked for room on lower floor due to physical mobility issues , clerk “none available”, asked for one close to elevator, none were available as all had been “booked”. At 11:30pm, maybe 12 cars in the parking lot. Other than that, room was clean, bed was high and mattress was firm. Hot water was plentiful. Breakfast? The 4 pan “protein bar” didn’t offer regular fare. I don’t eat what I can’t recognize when I first see what is in the hot pans. They did have a waffle maker, juice, coffee and dry cereal, but out of white milk. A yogurt machine was available with toppings, not too bad… but yogurt had a “sweet” non yogurt taste. Fresh fruit was yellow delicious apples. No bananas or oranges.

Motel was clean, breakfast was great with scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon, biscuits and gravy. Aldo waffles and various cereals. Staff was excelent and helpful

The room was very clean. The staff was outstanding.We needed water at 11pm and they were happy to bring it up. The only hiccup was the key machine was down and we had to/ wait a day for the key. That deterred is from going to breakfast because we didn't want to wait for staff to let us in.

Room was not very clean. There was an acrylic nail stuck to my pillow case. Brought it up to the attendant who couldn't have cared less. She basically ignored it. Room 220 needs love.

Parking was safe and easy. Front desk clerk was courteous. There was trash under the beds. Other than not everything was good. Didn’t partake of breakfast.

Great staff, very friendly. However the bed was hard as a rock and hurt my back. Also the room was full of thick dust and not very clean in the whirlpool tub. But the breakfast was great. I will give this hotel another try in the future but might bring padding for the bed

The breakfast bar has great items, and the food is always coming fresh. The waffles are amazing, and I love the pool area. This hotel is always clean, and staff are always friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel.

There’s a distinct smell in the room. I think it’s the AC filter. We got uses to it quickly but I was very happy I had a spray room freshener with me. The ice machine was on the first floor and it worked fine. No complaints about anything else. The staff was extremely polite and friendly. We’ll stay here again next year for the Sorghum Festival.

The hot tub was lukewarm and dirty. The the jets didn't work either. The exhaust fan in the bathroom in the sweet was not working at all.The light fixture was coming out to where the shower was. They overcharge me, my rooms are 236 and I paid 300 and something they took it off my card. The staff was very nice.
