The room was ok, the bed covers and throw pillows were dirty. The rest of the room was ok except for the strong chemical cleaning products smell, we even opening the room windows but it didn’t dissipated. The staff was not very friendly.

Overall a pleasant stay, clean well appointed rooms, location is off main road so there is a fair it if road/vehicle noise. Mostly pretty comfortable.

Entire house in Whangarei

Well located for the town, only a few minutes drive away. Close to main road making it easy to find but a bit of road noise at busy times. The separate 3 bedroom house we stayed in worked really well for us and was a way better option than a series of motel rooms.
