"No hot water, no wifi, dirty floors and surfaces... the AC barely worked..."

"Beautiful Hotel but the hotel is located next to a night club that plays loud music until 2 in the morning. Also, loud motorcycles & cars outside the club. I would not recommend staying here due to the noise level."

"Lobby had dead roaches all over. All outlets with exception of 1 actually worked. Shower/toilet light didn’t work. Stains on walls, ceiling, blankets. Shower head about to fall off wall. Room stank. Holes in bedspread/sheets. Stained pillow cases."

"The added “resort fee” billing was unnecessarily confusing. Compared to surrounding venues, drinks their bar were overpriced."

"Parking garage is valet only $50 a day Parking on the street is $3 for 2 hours, there's a parking lot behind hotel $10 - $15 for 12 hours at a time through the same apply for street parking. Street parking is free after 6 until 7am. Outside smells like GMO weed. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. Wifi is tricky to connect laptop to, staff didn't know how to either. Overall I was still satisfied with my stay"

"This property AND the management are TERRIBLE! The staff refused to let us have extra pillows even though we had three very small, flat, square pillows on our king-sized bed. The couch in the room was filthy and stained. And this property charges a $50 CASH deposit at check-in which they refused to refund us over a very washable "stain" on the sheets. Then there's the cockroach's...."
