"The staff member who checked me in during the evening (approximately between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM) was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name, but she made an excellent first impression. She was welcoming, professional, hospitable, and genuinely seemed eager to assist with anything needed. Her positive attitude set the tone for what I hoped would be a great stay.
Unfortunately, my experience with the staff during the later shifts was quite different. The front desk...
