Hotel dekat Whidbey Island Center for the Arts

"We have stayed here twice so far and each time the hosts have been friendly and accommodating, the breakfasts are outstanding. The beds are comfortable, the grounds are beautiful! Would highly recommend!"

"Clean, friendly staff"

"we stayed there last night. The room was awesome. Breakfast was not great. Waffles was the best hot food option. The staff was friendly enough. The parking garage was full and a few people where double parked. It was my understanding that wasnt tolerated. As a result we had to park on the street. Our car was broken into and we lost about 200 bucks worth of crochet hooks and yarn. The parking situation is inadequate and dangerous. I think more people would find accommodations elsewhere since...

"The food was very good! Clean property staff was friendly. I plan to stay there every time I visit! Perfect stay..,,"

"The front staff, it was a gentleman who checked us in. Very, very professional, respectful, attentive and kind. Room was spotless, breakfast was plentiful and well prepared and parking was easy. Highly rate this Holiday Inn Express location."

"Rooms were clean and comfortable; the bathroom was HUGE, so our family of 4 really appreciated it. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast was actually really good! Would definitely recommend! The only downside is that our room was on the side of the train track and could be heard all thru the night. Otherwise, it was a good stay."

"Mattress springs on one side of the bed was broken."

"We stayed on the lowest level room, and the bathroom was moldy in the shower. Everything else seemed clean. I’m glad we only stayed one night. The rest of the property seemed clean and nice so I was disappointed. I did let the front desk know upon checking out. The staff and everything else seemed fine."

"Hot tub was out of order for the first two days."

"Helpful staff, clean room, good breakfast."

"we travel to this hotel once a month when we visit Dad. We understand that the hotel is dated but it is always clean. This time the room they gave us, the toilet handle broke and the bathroom light went off. We had to pull the lever in the toilet tank for the toilet to flush. The light didn't work off and on. I was not happy with my stay this time. I talked the general manager in the morning. He said they would fixed it. I didn't get any compensation for my stay."

"Was a good stay. Adequate breakfast. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Plenty of pillows and Lenin."

"Great price & I Highly recommend. Nice sound proof, quiet rooms."

"Owner/Manager refused to refund me a $50 deposit because the room smelled bad and pillow case was removed from the pillow, which she said was "stained & damaged". Which is considered as the room being "trashed" according to their policy. Owner enterupted me during the phone call several times and was rude. I was given a wrong room with a single bad when I arrived, and had to ask for a 2 bed like I booked online. Poor room service, poor costumer service, and rude owners. During my 2 night stay,...
