"The staff was amazing. Pool and gym was out of order. Keys never worked to the doors always had to request for maintenance man to let us in. Didn’t like that house keeping only come around every 3 days. Huge hole in the wall where the shower was and that made me and my family very uncomfortable to shower."

"The breakfast was ok, about the same as most hotel breakfasts. The staff were great until our last day. Housekeeping was very pushy with repeatedly knocking on the door starting at 9, check out is 11. Our door didn’t full latch unless you closed it hard, which resulted in us coming back to the door open after every time housekeeping entered, but we weren’t allowed to skip housekeeping for more than a day. The shuttle runs every half hour as it’s available. The day we checked out we asked for the shuttle at 10:25, I was told it wouldn’t run again until 11 so I assumed it was out already. The person behind the counter seemed like I was interrupting her by even asking for it. After sitting to wait for it I noticed the shuttle was parked outside and the driver was sitting playing on his phone. After looking at bus schedules I decided we needed to be there before 11:05 so I went to let her know we wouldn’t need the shuttle after all and she again seemed like I was interrupting her. Sighed and rolled her eyes before plopping back down in a chair to play on her phone. Outside of the door and the experience with the staff on our last day things were ok. "

"Yes, breakfast is fresh and good. Parking is safe but it always pack. "

"When we checked in, we discovered we did not get the room we booked on line with Expedia. When we told the front desk, they said they didn’t have to give us that room because we booked through Expedia. Also, we had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get towels. There were crumbs in the pullout sofa. And we were never told that we had to request our room be made up the night before. A very, very disappointing stay. Needless to say, we will never return."
