"Unión Station is gorgeous. We stayed there for our anniversary to watch the light show and hang out in the grand Hall and have cocktails. There was a wedding that night so they had the entire grand hall blocked off and we were not able to do any of that. The staff were not necessarily friendly and the whole place outside smelled like gas. The rooms were fine, but it just seems over priced."

The A/C kicked off in the middle of the night, the matress was not that comfortable, and the street traffic was loud. Other than that it is a beautiful place to stay and the staff is amazing"

"Parking was scarce and metered during the day. Still a better option than the $50/day valet. Rm 514 had the worst view, walls of neighboring buildings and dumpsters. Dirty view. Took awhile for hot water otherwise suite level amenities were good. Door had to be forced closed, but it shut. I encountered Anna quite a few times during my stay. And every time she was just as pleasant as the time before. I had decided upon checking out. "Genuinely the worst place I've ever stayed at don't advertise a hottub in pictures than have it cemented over waste of money and the showers and toilets don't work for squat tried to shower on 3 separate days and each day the shower would only produce water drops here and there barely enough to fill a small cup all in all never coming back highly recommend going somewhere else if you want a truthful experience"
