"They call it a micro room for a reason. No cooking option in room at all, not even a microwave. Coffee make don’t work either. Wait till you see the bathroom lol you can shower while sitting on the toilet if you’re into that sort of thing haha. "The coffee and pastry prices are a bit unusually expensive — almost ridiculously so. For example, a croissant at $17 is something I have never seen in my life. I find that a bit unreasonable. That said, the service is excellent and the place itself is wonderful. The concierge system, in my opinion, could benefit from some improvement to be a bit more efficient. Overall, it is a very beautiful hotel, and the staff are extremely kind — especially the ski staff, who are particularly lovely."
