"This is not a resort. In addition the name is deceptive to the real Omni White mountain which is real resort. The Jacuzzi was closed,the outdoor pool was not heated enough to enjoy it,and the sauna was worm. The room was nice although the maid left the hand held shower facing the outside so once I opened the water I got cold water to my face. Breakfast is on the cart serving orange juice from concentrate but otherwise was good you can only select one option. As said I couldn't find anything to...

"The hotel was very clean, decorated well and smelled wonderful! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower had a waterfall and regular shower head, which was relaxing. "We stayed in the serenity suite. Exceptional experience. Each part of the process was easy. This was a very great choice for us as a couple looking to get away. The suite came with a living room, kitchen, and two full bathrooms. It was beyond what I had expected. We will be coming back in summertime."
