"Great establishment - very quiet and seemed well maintained. The room was nice. The location is pretty convenient. Check out the Kitchen Village! The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, and pillows were pretty bad too. The air conditioner was obnoxious and would completely turn off and then turn back on ALL night LONG! Overall, I would stay again."

"Great experience. Historic like hotel. Will book again. Clean room and bathroom was renovated. Friendly staff. Helped me to bring my bag up stairs. I had dinner at the restaurant with live music. Delicious food and a taste of American culture through the locals and their music. Lovely evening! The ride from Longwood Gardens to the hotel is gorgeous and takes about half hour."

"Price was reasonable but the rooms were outdated. Our original room was so poor with a stained and riped couch and leaking bathroom sink, we requested a different room. Also breakfast was only bananas, bagels, bread and cereal so if you have dietary restrictions, there isn't much to eat."

"Property was super clean, smelled brand new. Cottage was spacious and had everything you could need. Hot tub was great. Fire pit was appreciated and had firewood on site. The view sitting at the campsite was relaxing. Would definitely recommend, will return."

"The room was terrible. It smelled so musty and like mild/mold. Went to the front desk, asked for a new room and was told they were sold out. Asked for my money back, was told I can't do that. Luckily a friend stayed there too, her room was rough, but didn't have the same smell so he slept in there. I opened our door and let it open for about 2 hours and still couldn't get the smell out. "At check in I was charged $50 for a security deposit then the owner asked me for my credit card again and charged me again. I brought up my credit card app and showed him he charged me 2 times. He argued with me and said it would take care of itself. When we checked out the next day he credited one of the $50 but the other one remained on my account. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company, they saw I was charged 1 time and credited 1 time so they closed the case. I called the hotel...
