"To save all of you from searching for hours online for a place to stay like I did and still picked someplace basically with a blind fold on since we are not from Baltimore and have never been - If you have kids & want to go to a baseball game at Camden Yards but also explore the zoo, aquarium & other places- want a hotel that is easily accessible to these places, have a car to park in a garage, want a pool to hang out in at night time, a clean, quiet(ish) hotel…. This is your place. I spent hours looking at reviews for each hotel close to Camden Yards. Some good, some bad and I would read them over and over again. We chose this hotel and if we ever went to Baltimore again, we would stay here. It ended up being in a wonderful location- parking was decently priced for our car in the attached garage. The staff was nice, room was nice, couple of minor things I would change but nothing that would make me not want to go there again. The pool was an added bonus and we used it at the end of the day a couple of times. Beds were comfortable, good water pressure in showers. We had a three night stay. Great experience!"

"You had to keep asking for wash clothes, because there were only two wash clothes. The breakfast was just ok. The front hotel staff needs to dress the part and stand up when Hotel guest come in to check in. No one cleaned up or room after checking in on Friday and checking out on Monday at 11am."

"The staff was terrible I paid 30$ extra for early check in when we arrived at 3:00 they said our room wasn’t ready told them I paid 30$ for early check in the man at the desk said oh that’s not a thing.. ???? So my husband and I sat for 40 MINUTES in the lobby and waited it was 4:30 my husband did not want to wait any longer asked for a refund we can just go home and that’s when they said oh your room is ready.?What I believe happened is the man gave our room away to another guest cause I booked a king and got 2 queen beds .Don’t offer something and not honor it. Nice location but get staff that actually care about the guests. Only gave stars cause I had too."
