"The room and stay were very nice. The carpet in our room (307) was torn in front of the cabinests near the bathroom and whoever patched the wall just inside the bathroom door needs a LOT of training. Neither of thos adversely affected our overall positive opinion of the stay."

Also, the receptionist was the reason why this place got a 5 star rating from us. We bothered her for no reason at all over a set of mislabeled bathtub faucets, and she was all smiles around, never once showed any attitudes for being pulled out of her cozy office on a cold evening. "This is a 1970 vintage look and floor plan The exterior is not impressive BUT: Beds and pillows are comfortable. The decor is updated. The bathroom is updated. The water pressure is awesome in an older plumbing system! The towels need upgrading—thin and rough. The breakfast room and the breakfast buffet were well stocked and tended"
