"We stayed there since saw a review where the management said they turned the temp of the pool to 85. I can say it was!!! We swam in the pool 3 days and it was in the 60’s for the outside temp. The breakfast is good and the room was clean and comfortable. We will be staying there again."

"Such a cute, quaint hotel in an awesome location…one block back from the lighthouse and beach, and a couple of blocks to walk to the Village and SSI Pier. Such a beautiful setting tucked in among the live oak trees with Spanish Moss. And they have a 24 hour coffee machine where you can just push a button and get anything from coffee to lattes to hot chocolate! Staff was very helpful and nice and made us feel like locals. Large rooms (each room is unique with the layout, colors, decor, and bedding. Looking forward to my next stay here!"

"Loved the heated pool. Staff at hotel and restaurant were top notch. Food at Echo was delicious. The walk to beach was a little odd, not direct, but I suppose you can't help the dunes/tidal pools. The rooms are nice. However they did not have coffee pots. Staff said it was because of remodeling which seems silly. It was too inconvenient to get to lobby where it was available for sale."

"This is a great location, I had a beach view. It is just steps away from public beach access and just down from the King and Prince. It is a little dated and the pocket doors stick a little but totally worth the price. I only wish I could stay longer. One thing to note is the restaurant is only open Thursday-Sunday so I missed out on that. I will definitely return."

"The staff were phenomenal! From the front desk, manager, and support staff all were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The Monday and Thursday breakfast worker went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and so very welcoming. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn."
