"I had not been informed that the building was under construction. There was a jackhammer going non stop. The shower did not get hot and it whistled. The light in the bathroom was super dim and with the shower curtain closed it was dark. The floor was as dirty. I stayed here about 10 years ago and it was great. Sad to see it so rundown."

"I booked/was charged for a premium/superior ocean view king bed room, but my view was the backside of the hotel restaurant, restaurant garbage, and the facility golf cart with a ladder and tools scattered about. At best, I would call the first level rooms in the lower 100s, a partial ocean view and would have expected them to be priced as such. The room smelled like wet dog, the carpet/flooring was damp by the air conditioner, the shower had mold/mildew along the corners, the walls need to be...

"It was not mentioned at check in that if you wanted maid service for your room you had to request it a head of time. Would have been nice to know that so I could have my room refreshed and more coffee and towels. When I did request it at the front desk they were quick to react."
