"My family and I come to the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area multiple times a year for travel sports and family trips. I’ve stayed in many hotels. Some I will stay again, and some I would never step foot in again. This Country Inn & Suites is at the very top of my list and will be my go-to hotel from now on. Our sports tournament was at the Sevierville Convention Center and the drive was about 7/8 mins. We didn’t have to deal with all the traffic delays like we do when we stay on the Pigeon Forge side. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff were so welcoming and kind. The lobby is set up with an area where you can watch tv, read, and play board games and there were multiple people hanging out there during our stay. The pools are nice and clean, and outside they have multiple fire pits with seating. My teens and I booked a room with 2 queen beds, a pull-out couch, fireplace, and balcony. It was perfect. We all had enough room to move around and have our own space. Not to mention, the TV’s are smart TV’s, so you can login to your streaming services while you’re there. That’s always a plus for us. Right next door is a Dunkin Donuts, so you don’t have to travel far for a fancy coffee and breakfast. However, their complimentary breakfast in the lobby was fantastic and their coffee was great! If I could give this place 100 stars I would. We will be back."

"The sign says they may be old, but they are clean. It definitely tells the truth. The room was very well appointed and updated. I was actually surprised how nice the room was since my experience with the older motel is usually more miss than hit. This was definitely a hit out of the park. The lady that checked us in was super nice and I would probably stay again just for her."
