"The front desk staff, was nice, but overworked. The room and bathroom were very unclean. I had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and dust the room. The walls, door facing, floors had not been cleaned. The carpet was filthy. The tub and shower walls were filthy. The staff was apologetic; but after scrubbing the tub and toilet to make a four-night stay bearable, I didn’t want the housekeeper in the room to do anything.
