Hyatt Grand Central New York
The hotel was clean, had great room upkeep. Staff was friendly, beds were comfy! My only “complaint” would be that the room description said it could fit 3, but we only had two king beds. We made it work because we have four young kids, and at check in, they accommodate us with joining rooms.

Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square
Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. Lotte New York Palace
The hotel is beautiful, rooms were nice and big but over priced. Staff friendly and check in was fast. Heads up if you are in a high floor the elevator takes a long time

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
Hotel’s location is superb. The size of the room we got is definitely smaller than expected considering that it was an upgraded room. The bathroom is very small and tight. Staff is very nice and helpful.
