No available microwave and our toilet broke. They fixed it right away. The staff was amazingly nice. And we loved the queen size beds.

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
After considering the reviews I was worried. But my stay was great, especially since I was only in my room to sleep; most of my time was spent out of it. Managed to get early check in at 2:45pm and I think lines form at the elevators because people don’t understand them.
