"Average hotel, poor breakfast with very few choices (cereal, waffles bread, that’s it). No hardboiled eggs or yogurt or string cheese. If you want a decent breakfast go to the holiday inn express next door. Okay for a one night stay but nothing more."

"Avoid this. Really terrible experience. Everything is old fashioned and they don’t even provide water. They scam you and charge $7 per water bottle. They don’t have elevators either, and they gave us room on the 2nd floor and had no help from any staff. Poor knobs, lights flickering in the room and poor plumbing. We paid $210 per night and it’s worse than a $40 room at other places."

"An absolutely incredible stay—a true hidden gem and easily the accommodation of our trip. The house is gorgeous, spotless, and beautifully decorated with so much care and attention to detail.
We loved stargazing from the rooftop hot tub, and the complimentary wine (generously poured!) was such a nice touch. Breakfast was amazing—fresh Swedish pancakes with lingonberries.
Eric has been hosting for 26 years, and it shows. He’s incredibly welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area.
Highly recommend—we’ll definitely be back!"
