"The view from the property is really good so it’s so sad that the hotel was probably the worst one I ever used. No staff of English native speaker available after hour and early in the morning. You get a service via monitor but it’s very hard to understand. It wasn’t only me- people before me, after me, night and morning - everyone was so frustrated with their service."

"Room and bathroom were very clean. Food at the restaurant was quite good, especially the breakfast burrito. It was nice to have a fire pit that was started by the staff right round sunset."

"The shower tiles were caving in near the faucet. The water took literally 15 minutes to get warm. The asphalt in the parking lot melted to the tires of my rental car while it was parked and I had to scrape and peel off large clumps of tar and asphalt to stop the car from bouncing while driving. We had nothing good to say about this stay."

"Location is awesome because you can walk across the street and see the beautiful Colorado River as it runs below beautiful canyon walls. The beds were very comfortable, but the hotel room was not as clean as I would expect from a Hilton. It had a kitchen that looked worn out. The refrigerator made a loud noise every so many hours waking us up from a deep sleep because we thought it was an alarm going off. Would not stay here again."

"Well situated. Easy access to town and attractions. Staff helpful and friendly. Nice view of the rim. You won't see the lake though. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Shoot for 2nd floor or above. First floor gives a great view of vehicle grills."
