"Room was very nice. Staff very friendly. Would have felt safer if staff were there during the night."

"From what we were told by the person at the front desk, this hotel was recently acquired and it looks like they’re still in the process of renovating. Large cardboard boxes lined the lobby and hallways and you can hear the sound of workers throughout the day. The worst was somebody was using an impact driver in the room directly above us at 7:30AM! When we arrived to check in, we had to wait 20+ minutes for someone to come to the front desk because we were told they were working on the air...

"I stayed two nights. No hot water. Front desk said they couldn’t move me to a comparable room. She said she would call the manager to see what he could do. When she called me back she said the manager couldn’t get a maintenance company out and they couldn’t move me to a comparable room. The manager said there was nothing more they could do. No offer to help. No consideration at all. I would not recommend this place. "

"A very old, dingy hotel that felt like it was a barely renovated mental hospital. The bathroom had an odd window between the bedroom and shower room, and the toilet barely flushed. The views were of only desert as the lake levels are very low. The room was also not super clean with stained sheets and every surface looked worn and need of replacement. Would not stay here again. "
