"very bad check in experience, I was driving from Utah arriving at 3:00pm (hotel check in time), but the hotel are at the border of Arizona side which means it is 2:00pm. The Front manager ask me for US$ 25 for early check in and I think it is ridiculous. I never have problem to check in before 12pm in other hotel unless their room is not ready.
