"This was my third time saying at these cabins. There are cabin-based motels like these all around Kanab, but I'm just stuck with this one because I've never had a complaint. My only recommendation would be to check that the one you choose has a desk if you need one because I think the units with two queen sized beds don't have a desk and I found that out the hard way on my most recent trip. The wi-fi connection is okay but could be better. Regardless, having your own unit where you don't have to worry about noisy neighbors is a huge plus for me when travelling."

"Everything was excellent. The room was actually a 2-room suite. Very clean. There were separate A/C units for the front room with a 3-cushion sofa-bed and bedroom. Sufficient parking adjacent to the room. Good central location. Super breakfast, the best I have had in years. Big well maintained pool with a separate seating area. There were also fire pits and outdoor tables. Two small complaints would be the bedroom A/C unit made some high frequency "squeaky" noises. The bathroom light and exhaust fan were both controlled by one switch."

"This was our first time glamping and UC exceeded my expectations. I got the “feel” of remote camping yet none of the problems of actual camping! The tents were lovely and the bed was great. We had a star gazer tent… would highly recommend. Hard to sleep the first night cause I kept looking at the Milky Way! Staff (all of them) were extremely friendly, and very informative. Food service was excellent and tasty.very convenient to many hikes and sights. We plan to look in the future for other UC’s to visit."

"This place is nice and exactly what I wanted for a week-long vacation in Kanab. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because one of the two mini splits was not cooling. The host contacted me asking if it was ok for someone to go in to repair it. I gave them my approval. When we got back that evening it had not been repaired. I contacted them again and they said they would get someone to repair it, but they did not. Didn't get it fixed while we were there and didn't communicate to let us know they couldn't get anyone in to do the repairs. Good communication would go a long way. Other than that, the place was clean, comfortable and a great deal."
