"Quirky place inside but great staff and good rooms. Very well located with parking right across the road. Easy walk to Barangaroo and there is a metro station really close as well. Been there before and will return for any city stays."

"The staff here were amazing. Every member of staff we met or spoke to were excellent, friendly and helpful. In particular, I’d like to highlight Joanne and Roman in the Club Lounge for their excellent service.
We had a suite with a balcony which was excellent, comfortable and very well equipped. The view over Darling Harbour was fantastic. The hotel put an extra bed in for my son in advance. The bathroom was huge - with two sinks, a large bath and a separate walk-in shower. It was cleaned daily and restocked with still water. There was a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge with mini bar, a safe, an iron & ironing board and plenty of towels and toiletries.
The hotel is right next to a main road and so there is some extra noise when you open the door to the balcony, but no more than you expect from any city centre hotel. The location is perfect for walking to all the main sights and attractions, but taxis or Ubers are always available out front.
I highly recommend this hotel. "

10/10 Excellent
"Great service, room ready two hours before check in, room spotless. Loved the central location for shopping, central station and opera house etc. Only complaint was house service was at 5pm, been out since 8am and just back before 5pm. "
"We inadvertently left charger and leads for phones in room, reception contacted us and are holding them until we are back in Sydney in 10 days time and we will arrange to collect them, very helpful . Fortunately these are spares so not essential to our trip."
