"The breakfast was horrible. Both juice machines were not working, the yogurt was past due and the coffee machine had not been cleaned in a while. The staff on check in were professional, however the staff the next morning on check out were rude and seemed to be put out by having to answer simple questions. The room appeared clean on check in. The following morning we noticed a large bug/insect infestation in one corner. "

"Great place, they just redid the rooms!! Very very quiet , which i love!! Owners are amazing , I've stayed here a few times and enjoyed it everytime!! Oh and i had an excellent burger at the restaurant!!! Definitely will be staying there again. Bonus , I opened the door sunday morning to deers grazing in the field 100 ft away!!! AWESOME!!!! Just ask for Savannah shes great!!!"

"We had a great trip here. It is about a mile and a half from Bethel Woods, so if you are going to a show, it is the best spot there is. Great place"

"The positive reviews are true! I’m particular about accommodations but Tyler Inn was really great. Rooms were very tended to and spotless (we stayed in Beach Boys). The breakfast was also really good - full of eggs, fruit, pancakes etc. All tasty! Kids loved it and we’ll be coming back again next time we visit Bethel. Thanks for this gem!"

"The hotel was clean, convenient to the World Resort where we attended an event, next to a small mall and breakfast was included. The downside is the shades didn’t cover the window so the sun shined into the room at the crack of dawn."

My mom had to walk down a hill because he was rude and didn’t even tell us where to go or what direction our room was. I won’t be going back."

"The hotel was advertised to have a 24 hour desk. Had to make a call and wait for someone to get checked in. The hotel was in need of major maintenance and repairs. It actually should not be open until the remodel was completed. TV didn’t work. No hair dryer. There were missing drawers. Flooring and walls in need of replacement. "This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s been totally refurbished and the rooms are beautifully decorated and so clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. We had a junior suite with a couch and outside patio. Saw deer, geese and various birds on property. The bathroom was great. Radiant heated floors and towel heating bars. This place is luxurious. Loved the walking path around the lake. The staff goes above and beyond providing services and information. I can go on and on about...

"The room was lovely. The hotel is beautiful. We had a room in the actual building not in one of the outbuilding/cabins unfortunately because we were there just at the opening of season. The restaurant and bar were not up yet. Travel to other restaurants is good 10 to 15 minutes or longer. The pool was not open yet of course but during season, I’m sure it’s lovely and the staff was kind and very attentive."
