"Spectacular. What a wonderful historic hotel. Family run by the nicest family you could hope to meet. Incredible hiking. Beautiful Conservation Village. Skip the Isle of Skye and go to Tomich. Huge room with a King size bed and large bathroom. Try the Lamb Massaman Curry special, if available. fantastic. "

"Stayed in the alpine family room which was EXCELLENT - two separated (by doors) areas - one with twin beds, one with a double. Lovely clean, personal hotel and a fantastic breakfast (£13 extra each for fully cooked). The town was a good stop off between Edinburgh and Loch Ness for us, but actually plenty of local sights to see. Check in is by key code but worked well enough. Two floors of steps (no problem for us but if that’s a challenge then be warned). "

"Lovely stay! Everything is sparkling new and very friendly staff. Good location for exploring Cairngorms. Lots of eating options in walking distance. Good food in the hotel too. "

"We loved our stay with our 2 children and dog. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were loads of options for where to eat in walking distance. We parked less than 5 min walk away as there is no specific carpark. The flat we stayed in was super quiet and clean. We had tea/coffee left in the room. Our dog also enjoyed his stay we didnt require the dog bed available as he tends to shred them but it was a nice option to have."

"This place was amazing. Great custom order breakfast. Rooms were great. Near a nice street to shop and just down the road from a place for groceries if needed. Owners were nice and accommodating. Parking lot does get full at night as it’s a pub/restarting as well. "

"Easy to find and well sign posted. The property was clean and tidy with a nice little welcome pack. The view was stunning, even with misty starts and the little play area was easily supervised from the pods. The owner was so friendly and had two gorgeous dogs (in the private garden) who liked to keep an eye on proceedings. Really good to find a property with space for three children as it’s rare. The property is also within easy distance of Kingussie and Newtonmore as well as many of the...
