Room was nice and tidy. I really enjoyed their shower. Staff was super friendly and accomodating. LOVED their food. It was affordable and convenient especially its location; right off the highway, cant miss it.

The room was fairly clean and it was pet friendly so the room smelled of being a pet room, the shower was uncontrollable my husband was badly scalded the frozen repeatedly, so I didn’t shower I ran a bath, the restaurant food was very very good but was very very busy with locals because of the high quality so had a bit of a wait but not terrible. The beds are horrific like concrete slabs. The rooms are outdated in style but clean. It will be the last time I stay there .

If travelling with a pet do not book at this hotel. This hotel saying it is pet friendly is extremely misleading. I had made multiple attempts to call and add a pet to my hotel booking but the times I called the front desk it either did not go through or someone picked up saying they were busy and hung up. Finally, hours before I was supposed to check in I got a hold of someone and they would not let me stay with my 6lb hypoallergenic dog, leaving me without a place to stay the night. They said I was cancelling the room and charged me full fees for the night, stating I did not provide more than 24 hour notice to cancel, even though I did not cancel but was told I could not stay. The staff were very rude and confrontational. I would not ever stay at this hotel if travelling to Whitehorse go to the Gold Rush Inn!
