"Poor experience the facility is new and its well maintained. But the lack of concern from the staff is rather concerning. It willl be Hilton next time"

"If I could leave zero stars, I would. My wife and I stayed here for four nights. On the first night, we found blood on our wall. We went to the front desk who offered to clean it, but we said that we would do it ourselves. On the second night, we found ants by the microwave and coffee machine, just a bunch of little baby ants, crawling all on the walls. At this point, we asked to switch rooms. They switched our room for the third night and that next morning my wife found a baby roach in the bathroom. At this point we were too fed up with everything to complain AGAIN. I have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express’ that were very nice and clean so I was very surprised at this. We did speak to the manager who gave us some IHG points for our troubles which we appreciate but overall our experience was not what we hoped for. The area/location is very nice though with lots of restaurants nearby, that was the best part of this stay."

"The room floors were sticky the bed covers had stains on them and some stains looked like dried blood, We asked for new coverings which they agreed but the longer we waited the more uncomfortable we felt in the room, We asked for an immediate refund which we were given, We rented a room at the resident Inn which was night and day difference "
