The room was really clean. The hotel is going through a renovation but it didn't bother us at all. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was about 15 minutes from the downtown. Great experience!

The room and the bathroom both dirty and dusty. The sofa bed sheets and pillows stink likes been used before. I had to ask for clean bedding sheets. No iron, no cable tv in one of the room tv. The front desk staff very helpful. The hotel is under renovation.

The stay was overall good, the breakfast was good and had a pretty good amount of options. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean.The only thing was that this property is going through renovations so at one point, the icemaker on our floor was blocked off, and then on the last day of our visit, there was a really loud drilling noise in the room next to us to the point where we couldn’t even hear each other talking. Thank goodness we were checking out that day though but still, I was not aware that they were going to be going through renovations. Also, it says on Expedia they offer a shuttle service but front desk staff said that is not true and they’re not sure why it says that, so be aware of that because I was depending on that for most of our transportation.

Simple overnight trip. Very clean rooms. At the time of our stay, 10-3-25 the complex is undergoing complete renovation. New carpets,toilets,wall covering, floor tile ect. Even with all this work going on it is very clean. I would not hesitate to stay again. Gas stations and restaurants close by.

During my stay at this hotel the breakfast area was under construction so they had us in a rather small corner, the room was great however, very comfortable bed and living space, on thing I can say I really appreciate is the customer service is 10/10 top tear, fyi after my stay I did seem to have some miner skin irritations

Pleasant stay

We only staid one night. Nice hotel, nice room with mini fridge and microwave. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Plenty of parking, clean, safe, nice breakfast, close to downtown Saint Augustine. I have no problem staying again and recommending it.
