Avoid this hotel at all cost… no hot water all weekend!!! The plumbing sucked and when you complained they wouldn’t do anything but refund the parking despite me not parking there we didnt have a car this trip terrible hotel 0/5 stars

Nightmare. Aweful. Worst service ever.. I waited over 80 minutes for their airport shuttle, then I had to take a cab. I called the desk for a ride, and they said 7 minutes. 25 minutes later, still no shuttle. Called the desk, rang 50 times, no answer. Called 15 minutes later, rang 50 times, no answer. ...

The Westin Atlanta Airport
Room was nice but it took 10 mins to get hot water to the shower. One night they took our towels and never replaced them. When we booked this hotel we booked it for the indoor pool only to find out it was closed for the week when we got there. We booked a few months in advanced and didn’t see anything ...

Room was spacious. Considering the reasonable rate charged this was great for our 6 day stay. The only comment is that hotel should provide basic tableware for using kitchen although I was aware of this from prior comments
