"The room that we received had mold on the bathroom ceiling, the shower and bathroom floor grout was stained and looked unclean, the toilet wasn't working properly, there was a large crack in the bathroom sink, there was hair that did not belong to us on the lamp, fixtures had rust, they painted over spots on the ceiling that look different than the rest of the ceiling, the lighting in the bathroom was awful. The bathroom door would not stay open and it's a really tight bathroom. The caulking in the bathroom is probably the worst caulking job I've ever seen. You could see where they took down the overhead light and just put a cover plate on. One bedside light did not work. One light over the sofa did not work. When I tried talking to the manager the next morning they said he was not available. The person that checked us out got my phone number and said she would have the manager call me. I even showed her pictures and she asked me to send them to her phone which I did. He did not call me. She told me rooms had been renovated and that it should not have been in that condition. I called three times over the span of a couple of weeks and he would not return my call. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this hotel. "

"It was super clean and the staff was great. But that faucet and water regulation is gonna make a couple end a marriage over the ensuing water temperature fight. Lol"

"Went down at 6am not breakfast just boiled eggs, bagels. Hallways reeked of pot. Definitely could upgrade conditions in bathrooms But ok to just to lay down and sleep from a long drive "

"Room was clean and most of the staff was great. Breakfast is okay and lots of parking. As an older guest I don’t like that their renovation a few years brought in the shortest toilets sold. "

"Reasonable room in a good area off the interstate. Wish the breakfast end at 10 instead of 9. Will book again."

"They gave my room away to someone else even though I prepaid. This meant that I had to call around to 8 other hotels until I found one that was further away and I had to pay for an Uber ride to get to the other hotel in the middle of the night when I should have been sleeping."
