This is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever seen. Walked in to the room and immediately walked out. Could not get a refund either. I think I would rather spend a night in jail than this nasty place. I have never in my life seen anything so horrible!!!i honestly don’t know how it’s not condemned.

Horrible stay

Check in took forever, couldnt add my travel partner to the reservation. Harrased us with a friend that was visiting. Manually wrote down my credit card number on paper. There is no gym, the breakfast was not available, sheets and overall hotel was filthy. Didnt even stay there last 2 nights of my trip. Zero stars.

Room was FILTHY! Swapped rooms and it was just as bad. Staff at hotel didn't care it was nasty. Requested a refund and was told that was not possible, then was accused of smoking in room. I strongly recommend staying AWAY from this hotel. They were nice enough till i tried to get a refund. Went to the hotel accross the street, which was fine. Just don't go here ever!

So the ice machine was broke , the desk worker ( owner not sure) went into a supply room and brought out ice and put in my dirty bucket , I did have a bag in it and it was from a ice tray. Not even from a clean bag of ice . No breakfast or even snacks in vending machine ! This place is run down needs a lot ! I had ask for another wash cloth because the one in bathroom had stains on it and my grand daughter just wasn’t going to use it The towels were old and stained looking ! The lady at desk was very nice and friendly this place just needs a over haul

Horrible property that should not be part of Expedia services. Upon seeing the condition of our room we immediately contacted Expedia for cancellation and refund but it was denied. There were urine stains in the bathroom, filthy linens, stained bed pillows. Expedia could do nothing to resolve our issues.

This place is disgusting. It is run down, dirty, they don’t use the AC apparently, ever! We couldn’t even stay one night much less 2, we left after 20min there. They refused to give any sort of refund.

Worst hotel in the US. It should be condemned. Should charge by the hour. They don't turn on the AC in the halls or rooms until you check in. Mold infested. Dirty sheets. No toilet paper.

I wish I had checked out reviews before booking here but it was close to the venue I was attending. The place is run by a middle eastern woman and man and theres an older woman also - maybe their mother. There was no air on in the hallways or lobby. Carpet is filthy and smelled like it had been wet and dried many times. You could see stains all over it. I had a room with one queen bed. It was very small and had urine and blood stains all over the comforter. The toilet was dirty and they had one little bar of soap and a clear liquid packet shampoo/conditioner for 2 people. There was no microwave, no fridge and the ice machine they had was broken. Looks it has never worked. I asked for ice and they said they could "give me a little" from some they had in the back. The continental breakfast they offer does not exist. They said it was cancelled due to covid. All they had was some instant tasting coffee, dry creamer in a bottle and some sugar in a bottle. While I was getting my coffee, I came back to my room and the older lady owner was exiting my room. I asked her what was she doing in my room and she ran off. At check in they told me "we'd like you to check out by 10-10:30" Even though I told them their web site said 11. people. Will not ever stay here again.

Night Out

When we arrived for our night out, it was HOT in the building and the room was just as HOT. It cooled down after the 4 hours we were gone. The bed was awful and the pillows were just as bad. The pictures are not even close! We will NOT be staying here again.

Dirty, rundown, no hot water. Owners obviously don’t care about their investment or customers. When I called about no hot water, the lady said “we have hot water in all the rooms. Just let it run for a while.” After 15 minutes of waiting on hot water, I gave up. Old, dingy towels, filthy cushions on sofa, curtains falling off the rods, paint job looks like it was done by a 5 year-old. Wish I could upload pictures I took. Orbitz should look at the properties on their site. Trying to get my money back.

Microtel Hotel from Hell

We had to rent two rooms because we are a family of five. The second room wasn’t connected. We were told it was getting cleaned and would be on the 1st floor. Then we were told it would be on the second floor. Didn’t like that so we all stayed in one room. There was trash under the beds, i.e. milk carton, beer bottles, trash bags. The bathroom was for a handicapped individual which was no problem but the hand held shower mechanism was broken. The window leaked during a rain storm and had mold all over the ceiling. Our room was right beside the outside wing door and was supposed to lock after 10:00 PM. It never locked. The ice machine didn’t work. Every time I went to the front desk the only lady working was upstairs. We will never stay there again. The building should be demolished.

The worst hotel ever. The lobby was very unkept; dusty tables and the wall mirrors have not seen a glass cleaner in ages. The room was very stuffy and smelled like nicotine even though I asked for a no smoker room. Carpet has been vacuumed but very stained, sheets were cleaned but stained, the bath towels were so stained was gross. The mirror over the headboard was very dirty and dusty with the hand print of people leaning on the mirror while having sex. The desk chair was so filthy that the only place to sit was on the bed. Tv excess cables hanging over the wardrobe. Stayed there for three days and was overcharged. They have a sign outside for $45 …

Overall, they need to do some major upgrading, the carpet was old and smelly, the sheets had stains, the room was drab and depressing, the front desk guy was rude,the heat in my room didn't work.For the price of the room, i expected better. I will never,ever go there again!

I was traveling from Texas to South Carolina by myself. This is a long 16 hour drive and I started to get tired so I pulled off the interstate to find a clean place to sleep. As soon as I walked into my room I immediately felt weary and was uncomfortable. I pulled up the comforter to inspect the sheets and they were ripped. The carpet was disgusting, the mirror above the bed had hand prints on it. I went back to the desk and said I would like a refund, I had only been there 10 mins. Lady at the desk refused a refund and gave me another room on a different floor. I didn't see a difference in the rooms. I walked back to the desk and told her I couldn't stay there. She said "Sorry about that." I wasn't even there 20 minutes and she kept $67 of my money. This is BAD business. If your motel says "clean" on the internet, and when I walk in, it isn't clean. That should be fair grounds for a refund. I had to drive another 30 minutes to the next town in Forest, Mississippi to pay for a second room in one night. Pretty upsetting.
