We were unaware that there were no elevators, We booked the reservation through Expedia and if the elevator situation was listed, then I should have read everything a little better. "I ended up in a room next to their laundry room for the facilities, employees were washing at 11pm, the bed was shaking and noisy while they were doing their work. Nobody at office so, I called the number for the hotel, the employees who answered the phone call was upset because of the time, she hanged up. I couldn’t sleep well."

"Our stay at Sierra House was great. We were visiting over the July 4th holiday and stayed in their new buildings. The forest view was stunning from the top floor and the rooms were brand new, clean and very tastefully decorated. "This was the second visit to this motel. The bed is very comfortable.It has an efficient kitchen with a full stove refrigerator and microwave. It is very clean. It is located right in town so you can walk to most restaurants. You can walk to June lake and Gull if you want."
