"Nice friendly place that seems to provide a lot of local employment. Staff seemed happy and were helpful. The room and bathroom were on the smaller side, but it's an old building, not much they can do about that. Big balcony and wonderful sea view. Breakfast was good mix with cereal, fruit and hot food. They even did some veggie sausages specifically for us. The evening food seemed expensive. But there are plenty of other places to choose."

"It was tranquil and beautiful. Very pleasant in every way. Well kept and the staff were excellent and helpful. It was well located for walking into Whitstable on the Invicta Way if so inclined and was in easy driving distance for Tankerton and Herne Bay. Hard to fault. A good stay"

"Driftwood Beachhouse is perfectly located to enjoy fresh air, birdsong and peace and quiet. Jez was a great host, really friendly and accommodating, giving us helpful local advice and getting the hot tub ready each evening. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms and outside spaces are really charming, decorated with character and you feel at home. Highly recommended!"

"Place was in a lovely location but the lack of parking could be an issue, also the Wi-Fi code in the info folder was unclear and we needed to look on back of the router to log on, the contact number in the folder was no longer available - because I had an e mail from the owners direct I had a number but it wasn’t helpful as they couldn’t help. I also think saying thee property was dog friendly was misleading as you were unable to have dogs up stairs and downstairs was just a hall way and the...
