Staff - almost all staff that I encountered at the bars (both at the pool and the lobby) made us feel we were inconveniences to them. And that’s just us ordering soft drinks but mostly requested to have water filled for our kid’s water bottle since the ONLY water station on the lobby is always exhausted. This has been the biggest let-down during our stay.
Some staff also talked to us rather disrespectfully thinking we are tourists that cant speak English. Once they realised that we are from Sydney, then they spoke nicer.
We didnt request any cleaning for our room. We put the ‘go green sign’ which says that you’d get ‘$10 credit for beverage’. That was not applied to our final bill either.
Food - breakfast buffet is not too bad. Quite a variety but they are all the same everyday.
For the price that we paid, we didnt find the experience worth the price we paid.
