"Clean room, good staff and an amazing environment "

"The staff were very helpful, no management about to answer questions, the room we booked was no longer available; we paid for a twin room (2 single beds), the one given to us was extremely dirty. We had wipes and did alot of cleaning of the surfaces in the room. There was only 1 hanger in the wardrobe. Also on the first night there was no water and a powercut, they were both back on by the morning, but there was no hot water. No instructions how to lower the air conditioning. On a positive note...

"Upon entering Embassy Gardens, I was impressed by the tight security. The room was clean, with modern appliances and comfortable bed. I appreciated the key-less entry and the pool-facing balcony. It was also very quiet. The lady who took care of the check-in was very pleasant. However, when I arrived the room was not yet ready. I had to wait for at least .45mins. Major difference between over charge and being ripped off. Two scoops of ice cream $17 USD which is completely ridiculous. The spa was very nice and clean. Hotel within walking distance of shopping and exploring. Very close to the airport. "

"We have been here twice and loved our stay. The food they cook is really good. Breakfast is good. I love the fact they have a restaurant and a terrace with roof and a bar. At night a DJ who plays good music. The staff is friendly. The rooms are nothing special but just fine. I appreciated the bath! I would certainly go back again."
