"We love this hotel. We live in Arkansas and every 3 months we travel to Wichita and always use this hotel. The staff is absolutely kind, professional and nice. Firas, Felipe and Christina (breakfast lady) are awesome!!!
The room is immaculate, bathroom is clean and neat. Parking lot is huge, excellent illumination and debris free. The location is amazing.
We recommend this hotel!!"

"No hot water in the shower or hand sink. Attempted to call front desk multiple times, but no one was available. Due to time constraints, I just chose to take an ice cold shower and it was awful. Told the front desk at check out and was met with confusion that this couldn't have been possible. A colleague also stayed there, had the same problem, and was also treated like this was something only they had experienced.
