no microwave in the rooms no coffee pots in rooms for the price of 98.00 a night rooms and restroom are so small the restroom u can barely get in and out every disappointed

The room was clean. We thought it was strange we didn't have a microwave. But that was basically the only thing we noticed. Nice stay bed was comfortable.

Should not have expected more room was clean but could not change channels on tv lights did not work and blinds were damaged. Flip side close to airport and easy to get to was the only positive

Situated in the absolute worst part of town. Open drug use and prostitution on property. Was told the owner doesn’t honor 3rd party reservations. I was stranded in a horrible part of town with no place to stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

This is the absolute nastiest hotel I have ever been too. The first room he gave me didn’t have a tv. Then next one smelt like dirty wet dog. I took a shower (they didn’t even have towels in the room they had hand towels that I used to dry off). I went to get a snack and let the car spray I sprayed in there have time to sit. When I got back I decided I would go to sleep. I pulled the sheets back to only notice them having specks of either rust or blood stains. When I pulled the sheet back the fitted came off and the whole mattress springs and all were coming out of the side which I took pics of. I got my things together and left. I didn’t even stay the night. I feel like I need to go to the doctor and get a shot today. What a foul and disgusting place!! I knew I should have just went with an air b and b. This is definitely a meth head hotel. Sleeping in my car was well worth it.

We were just ther to sleep. Beds were very tall and hard for a short lady to get on bed. Young man at the ck in desk had a very thick accent so he was hard to understand

I was moved to four different rooms due to black mold being in the ceiling from water damage try to get some body wash they didn't have any the maids they were like irritated or frustrated because I was asking for tissue paper towels body wash that they provided they were out of body wash safe 6 days of my stay tell me that they didn't wash the pillows you could smell the the musty smell from the pillows from the previous no telling how many people had laid on those pillows and they haven't been washed she said they don't wash the pillows unless they have to which is disgusting so I was I was only cop you say that a $200 of my money and I can't use the other $112 until September so I will never stay at that location again

The room was very clean, AC worked great, TV worked great but the downfall was that the bed was so high that the mattress was even with my waist and impossible for me to get onto it without using the desk chair to stand on! Also there's no dehumidifier, obvious because in the morning my clothes were cold from the AC but damp from the air.

Terrible Hotel in Wichita

The room was filthy and looked like a murder scene, damaged window blinds, dirty carpet, stained bathroom, I was over charged too.

How is it when you set up a reservation that they dont seem to have the reservation. Then because of a no refund policy your screwed. Then come back with a room with a few things, like tv, refrigerator and other things.

I would say customer service was good. As for the hotel, it's very outdated, smells like smoke, and rooms just don't seem very clean.

The hotel front desk agent white old man was very rude and judgemental towards me. He would not allow me to get my belongings because I would not tell him where we went from the hotel and I personally feel like the agent had no rights to ask me about my where abouts while not being in the hotel itself. He judged me and my friend staying there . he judged me for demanding my stuff saying he should know where we went after leaving the hotel. I think I should not have to tell the clerk my business and he should of let me get my things and gladly letting me leave but instead he decided to be very mean and talk to me very disrespectful and does not need to be at a job that's going to be with people if he's going to be talking to people the way he did me. It was all on camera in between 7:30am-8am. Please look it up thank you July 2nd 2022
