I visited Judy every night at the Bistro/Bar and she took great care of me. I really appreciate her hard work for as many years she has put in the company. If I ever come back to town, even if I don't stay here, I will go out of my way to come and say hello to her! Thanks Judy for your dedication to the company!

Disappointed. Stayed two nights and the room wasn’t serviced after we had gotten back from a dance competition late.

We booked this hotel since it was close to our surgery area for the kids to enjoy time in the pool. We left home early so they could enjoy the pool. Imagine our surprise when we arrive and are told the pool is undergoing maintenance. None of that was mentioned online when we made the reservation.

Marianne at the front desk was such a great help to us. My husband had surgery and we needed the room earlier, she was so accommodating our room was ready by noon. We were ever so grateful. The place was nice and clean. Very friendly staff.

Staff was very friendly. However we were given a room other than apparently the we were supposed to get. We arrived at 3 and had to wait for awhile and was told our original room wasn’t clean so we were put in another room. The room we were placed in had sticky bathroom floors; the fitted sheets didn’t fit the mattresses. They kept coming up at all the corners. The room door was extremely difficult to open. Getting in the door required removing everything you were carrying, grabbing the handle and pushing up, pushing in, jiggling all at once while putting the key card in the slot. Of course you needed to hold your tongue just right and say a prayer that it worked this time. The only hot water was in the shower and only barely hot. The faucet only had cold water. We let it run for several minutes and it remained cold. The breakfast included with the room was a waist of money but the coffee was good.

I had to ask to have my room refreshed after it was not done first day. My keys did nor work one evening late. The drain in the sink has a bad smell. Bed was comfortable and room location was good

The first room they put me in(rm 320) had an ant problem and I had to get moved the first night after I had unpacked everything which was aggravating. Had some crack head hollering at me at 6am when I was going back into my room but I called the front desk and they came up and kicked him out. Then I asked them to escort me to my car when I was leaving and they gladly did that. Overall it was good once I got out of the ant infested room

I booked room online via Expedia for my husband. I prepaid since it was the same day for 196. He gets to hotel and told guy checking in. He found my husband’s name without him even giving name, but we still get another charge for $180. He goes back down and desk clerk says he doesn’t know how to fix it and he would need to talk to manager that arrives at 11pm. My husband had to sleep so that he could get back on the road but had to talk with manager. They said charge would fall off after receipt printed at end of visit. Couldn’t explain why would have been charged twice. Now just waiting for charge fall off. Very disappointing especially since they are already overpriced

Bath tub was stained, so asked to be cleaned - was told it water stains. Shower curtain had brown finger print. Asked why room was not cleaned - they do it every other day, then ff. day, said that it’s every 2 days. Had to ask to empty trash. Had to ask for clean towels, dirty ones were never picked up. Stayed 5 nights, room just cleaned once. Asked for hair dryer from desk, had to return as it’s not working. Had a dog barking across my room n kids running till 11:30 pm. Absolute zero points!

It’s a well maintained Courtyard but is understaffed. The evening & morning Clerk cannot adequately bounce between front desk and bar to serve the needs of guests during the busiest times when most people are checking in or out. The Bistro/bar could easily keep more guests on property IF you had adequate staff during the higher volume times. Many guests would be motivated to stay and spend money with Marriott but won’t wait while 5 parties check in.

The hotel was in ok condition. We have two small kids and drove over 4 hours so we booked this hotel specifically for the pool, but the water was so cold we couldn’t even get in. We didn’t bring a travel crib for our infant because the website said they had free cribs/infant beds and when we called the front desk to ask for one, we were told they didn’t have any. Please take it off the website if they aren’t available.

Perfect Stay
When we arrived, our check-in was fast, efficient, and did not give us any hassles about our service dog. The room was clean and very nice sized so we had perfect amount of room for our 125 lb service dog with 2 adults and 1 teen.
