"Lovely house with good standard of cleanliness. There were no problem with parking. Very disappointed that there was no restaurant for breakfast as stated when booked. As reception only opened at 4pm there was nobody to help with room issue. There was a tel number provided to call for assistance but no one answered. Shame as nice place to stay."

"Spacious rooms with relatively new upgrades to be sure — so no complaints in room experience. Staff are absolutely wonderful, too. Please note that the property is a dated 1990s layout and architecture and styling. It’s all in serviceable, acceptable condition — just a few decades dated."

Bed sheet loose/ didn't fit bed ( super king rather than king) Stains on sofa. Bathroom door didn't close fully and shower fan didn't appear to be working so steam going...
