"This property does not have a person to check in with, a code emailed to you prior. The code I received was incorrect. The situation was stressful. There is a telephone number to ring if you experience problems however traveling with just an eSIM doesn’t allow this type of contact. I was fortunate that another guest phoned on my behalf and a correct code was issued. The screen check in process was all in German. Difficult. The room was comfortable and spacious, fresh clean linen and towels. I didn’t like only having one key card for entry and no onsite staff. "
