"The room was so peaceful and cool, especially as it was mid to late 30s outside. They don't have air conditioning but a different system which keeps the rooms cool and they just ask you to keep the blinds and curtains drawn to keep it cool. We had a busy weekend travelling to the Grand Prix, but the hotel was the perfect base to return to each evening to just chill and relax. Would definitely return here"

"Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß für zwei Personen und zwei große Koffer, außerdem sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind uns die hochwertigen Pflegeprodukte in der Dusche – Shampoo, Conditioner und Duschgel waren vorhanden. Die Lage zum Innenhof war angenehm ruhig, sodass wir gut schlafen konnten. Check-in und Check-out verliefen unkompliziert und entspannt. "Clean and close to Park Prater. A lush, sports-friendly hotel."

"Excellent little apartment which we used as a base to explore vienna walking. Local supermarkets nearby (ALDI within c5 minutes was useful to help manage costs given Vienna is an expensive city). Apartment was well appointed with everything needed. Only downside was lack of air conditioning which we struggled a little bit with (although big windows did help)."

"The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The pillows were perfect. The staff members were very nice and helpful. The location was great since we were using the train to get to and fro and all around. My only gripe is the amount charged to store luggage temporarily. It is a nice service, but there is no reason to charge that much for a storage locker."

"Für einen Städtetrip ideales Hotel. Ist zwar nicht im Zentrum, aber in 5 Gehminuten ist man an der U-Bahn Haltestelle. Besonders herausstellen möchte ich das Frühstück, welches sehr reichhaltig und vielseitig war, so konnte man stets sehr gut in den Tag starten. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet."

"Very awful room, they mentioned, the room has a garden view which was a joke. You could see another concrete walls surrounding a very small poorly maintained lawn! If one throw themselves out of the window, they might be able to see that poorly maintained lawn. Breakfast was poor, overall it was one of the worst Ritz Carltons. I do not recommend it, at all!"
