Location decent although some dodgy places close by but I suppose that’s Germany now. Staff were polite and helpful. If I were ever going to Frankfurt again I would stay there again. "I was checking in near midnight and was definitely tired. Lugging 2 suitcases i went to my designated room after queuing up to check in. Only to find that the key doesn't work and i even heard someone coughing inside the room. I had to go back to the reception with my 2 luggages and the staff realised he wrote the wrong room number. He apologised but it was just the wrong time for this mistake...... Other than that, location is great coz i was there just for 2 nights and out was easy to access the trains to spend a Sunday in Mainz and Frankfurt city"
