Overall, a nice hotel. Very clean and the staff are pleasant. No air conditioning in the summer. The breakfast is very basic, you may want to buy a breakfast elsewhere if you're hungry.

Great stay

The location was within walking distance from the main train station, short walk like 4 blocks. Room was ready early They have a restaurant on site which is excellent. The food and service were great Best restaurant in Wil For a 3 star hotel it was comfortable and clean

Excellent hotel, extremely helpful employees.

Last minute booking which was actually overbooked. However the manager still accommodated me and made sure I had a room although it was later in the evening. Had a early 4 AM check out and they made sure I was able to get my rental car out of the secured garage at that time. Used the restaurant after check-in which had excellent service and excellent quality of food and beverages. I normally stay at the big name hotel brands but due to no availability I choose this hotel last minute and now will definitely return back here. What a gem!

Spørg vedr ekstrabetaling morgenmad INDEN spisning

Behageligt ophold. Men blev opkrævet 30 CHF, for morgenmad. Da jeg ikke kunne bekræfte ved hjælp min kvittering morgenmad var inkluderet, måtte jeg betale. I skriver dog at i skriver at “Morgenmadsbuffet er inkluderet”, under “faciliteter”, i beskrivelse af hotellet. Desuden blev jeg først gjort opmærksom på den ekstra udgift, efter at have indtaget måltiderne de 2 morgener. Derved kunne jeg ikke fravælge dette.😡

De kamers zijn eenvoudig maar belangrijk schoon. Idem de badkamer, echter een lege zeepflacon in de douche. Deze zou gevuld worden na melding wat niet is opgelost. Het ontbijt is ok, niet overvloedig. Parkeergarage erg klein, gratis. Parkeerplaats buiten minimaal.

Alles war bestens; das Frühstück war gut. Bei offenem Fenster ist es sehr laut. Alles kann man nicht haben - zumal das Hotel im Zentrum liegt.

Ein super Hotel an guter Lage mit Parkplätzen direkt in Front. Das Morgenbüffet bietet sehr viel. Der Kirchenturm ist gut hörbar was mich nicht störte, sollte man jedoch eventuell berücksichtigen.

hôtel parfait mais je retire une étoile car le carillon du clocher de l'église proche qui sonne tout les quart d'heures est insupportable , cet hôtel était une étape pour couper ma route afin de me reposer ce qui n'a pas pu être le cas , dommage car l'hôtel est vraiment top ainsi que son personnel.Excellent petit déjeuner.

Nicht alles Schwan, was glänzt!

Miserabler Service im dazugehörigen Restaurant swan21. Gar nicht kinderfreundlich. Sehr kleine und niedrige Garagenparkplätze. Aussenparkplätze alle von Restaurantgästen besetzt. Essen im Restaurant und Hotelzimmer war hingegen sehr gut, geräumig und mit 2 zusätzlichen Betten. WLAN ist zwar vorhanden, Zugangsdaten muss man aber bei der selten besetzten Rezeption erfragen, anstatt dass die Angaben auf dem Zimmer wären.
