"We cooked in the apt kitchen twice during our stay. The dishwasher. & washer/dryer combo were big helps. The kitchen was well equipped. "

"The hotel was in a quiet location and walking distance to bustops for tours and airport. Number 13 bus stop is only half a block away. It had a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, stove top and microwave. Communication was good for access to hotel. Plenty of parking at front of hotel. 5 min walk to restaurants and small supermarket. There was a sulphar smell from the hot water but that is supposedly all of Iceland. Room a little small. Cleaners need to check that dishes have been cleaned...

"The apartment we had was fantastic. It was clean, spacious and well equipped. The location was perfect, an easy walk to all the attractions, main street of Reykjavik and close to two well stocked supermarkets. The stand out factor was the incredible view we had. Would definitely recommend as the place to stay in Reykjavik! "

"The hotel was clean and close to downtown? About a 10 minute walk. "

"Hlemmur was in the perfect location being centrally located. We were able to walk just about everywhere except for the Perlan. The bus stop was around the corner and the Bonus grocery was a 5 min walk. The apartment looked exactly like the photos and we were able to cook. The people we emailed were great and responsive. Only downside was the elevator which felt like it had seen better days and made my child nervous. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Estancia cómoda y muy agradable, instalaciones impecables; acceso rápido a tiendas, restaurante y transporte público; si llevas carro tiene estacionamiento. A unos 25 minutos de Reikiavik (en bus público). Cocineta con refrigerador y estufa inducción, para que cocines. El agua de la llave es potable (tratándose de Islandia, muy rica). Y sobre todo WiFi y la Smart con servicios de Streaming (yo veía Disney+)"
