"Watch out for overcharging. Carefully review bills especially the final checkout bill. There were $400 in fraudulent charges I had to remove before checking out. "

"Our original room that we booked and paid for was given away, and I had to pay extra for a new room, also they had audacity to charge $3 for a bottle of water . I hate these big hotel companies. Also was locked out of my room stuck in the hallway for an hr and a half because the staff wouldn’t come open it. "
