"The restaurant manager Peter was rude, defensive, and not accomodating. Also, some of the food is lacking (i.e. graprefruit juice is a juice drink and not juice). Adrian is great though"

"We were there because of a serious illness in the family. The staff was incredibly nice and supportive. The rooms are clean, quiet, comfortable and well kept. The shuttle is easy to use to any hospital in the medical center, or it is short walk. "

"Breakfast was delicious and lot of options including hot food. Car parking was attached to the hotel and very comfortable.
Hotel was very clean, close to Galleria mall with lot of dining options. Bed was comfortable and shower very very clean."
