"Room was clean and comfortable, check in was very easy. It appeared that the whole lobby and main building was under complete renovation so when I got there to check in my key was taped to the door with my name on it. Later time of check out was great and the key box made it easy to check out. Even though I stayed here in January, it was still nice and cozy."

"This was a two day stay with daily bookings at 4 PM on Expedia because of a fluid situation. Two different rooms. Both clean and functional. The breakfast meets my needs and the coffee is very good."

"Enjoyed my stay at this great motel. Stayed in one of the cottages with a full kitchen for best part of a week. Very comfortable. It's in a great location for the various state parks in the region with their many waterfalls - Robert H Treman and Buttermilk are 2 minutes drive, Taughannock 20 minutes, and central Ithaca is less than 10 minutes. Friendly and very helpful staff. Recommended."
